We are Milebox – an EV charger installation company based in Glasgow, established in 2020, and dedicated to bringing smart, convenient, and affordable EV chargers to homes across Scotland.
We make getting your EV charger installed as easy as possible. You can get an instant online quote through our website, and once approved we will install your charger in just 2-3 weeks time.

We install your charger within three weeks of your order being placed. Installation takes 2-4 hours.
If you meet the standard installation requirements below, we can carry out your installation for the fixed price shown on our website.
Charger cannot be mounted on a post or outbuilding.
Less than 15m of cabling from your consumer unit (fusebox) to the charger location.
Your consumer unit is separated from the charger location by one exterior wall only.
When ordering your charger we will ask for some details about your car. This will allow one of our charging experts to make sure that the charger we supply is compatible with your vehicle. We typically supply type 2 chargers which are compatible with the vast majority of modern electric cars.
Our current lead time is two to three weeks from order to installation.
After submitting your order we will send you a short virtual survey – this helps us get a bit more information about your property so that we can ensure we have everything we need to complete your installation first time.
Once this has been approved we will send your charging point directly to your installation address.
Your installer will arrive a few days later to complete your installation. We will need to turn the power off for up to an hour. Your charger will be installed at an appropriate location on an exterior wall of your house as agreed with your installer, with the cabling clipped neatly along the exterior wall and a small hole drilled in the wall in order to route the cable through to your fuse box. Your installer should demonstrate the features of the charger and test its operation before leaving.
