Returns Policy

Milebox Ltd (‘we’, ‘us’) will accept returns of EV charging equipment up to 30 days after your order, and providing this is in an unopened and unused condition.

Please note:

• You can return your EV charger for a full refund prior to an installation date being set by us.
• If we have set an installation date, you can still return your EV charger; however, this will be subject to a £100.00 administration fee for cancellation of your installation.

You are liable for return postage for any returns. Milebox Ltd will not be held liable for the loss of any returns by mail carriers.

We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days of receipt.
